the person who get chance to teach in microteaching class are Theo, Suci, and Betty. Their performance are very good. They can explain the material very clearly and also can speak english fluently. From their performance I get many things to learn. First, don't use sentence "shut up" to our student although that just an act. Second, if we show the video and the sound couldn't be heard, we should explain too when the video is playing. That can make our student to be more understand about our material. But, all of their performance are very clearly and good.

your presentation is very good, you give student a gift if the student can answer your question but if it is done in an actual classroom so students don't want to answer the question if it isn't give a gift. your material is very interesting to studied. don't be nervous. all of your performance is good.

good presentation, you make all of student pay attention on you. you explain your material very clearly.

you're very nervous for explain your material. your presentation and performance make us be bored. you're less interactive with student. Another time, use the white board and also give the student a task. but, you already do well.

4th post "reflection"

the next performance are Rumanti, Priska, and Desya. They do the performance in microteaching laboratory. There are many facilities, such as AC, camera in every corner and etc. Their performance are good. The first performance is Rumanti. She do the job very well, she bring the many properties to explain her material. that's very good. The second performance is Priska. She also teach with using properties and also more interactive with student. It's very good. The last performance is Desya. She teach with using LCD to show her material. It's very interesting.

From that performance I can learn many things. first, don't use sentence "poor you" to student, I think that's not good for student. Second, more be interactive to student if the student not attention with your performance. Third, give the student appreciation for their answer although only applause or sentence "good answer". That can make student happy.

third post "reflection"

16/02/2012 in microteaching class we start to teach individually in big group. if in small group we have 15 minutes to teach, but in big group we have 30 minutes to teach. in the first meeting there are 3 persons who will teach in front of the class. the first person is Wahyu Rochmawati, second is Windhiastri, and third is kristina. I think the for the first turn will be nervous, but all of them have done and good teach. there are several things that i can learn from the first meeting. first thing is we need more interactive to the students so the atmosphere in the class to be more active. second thing we must give the student some activity so the student not be boring in the class. that's all that I get from the first meeting, all of them have done the present. I will try my best in the last meeting.

My feeling when I teach in small group is very excited because I can learn to teach in front of my friend who contribute to elementary school children. But, when I teach in small group, I wasn’t ready with my material which I will present. The things who I need to develop the next learning is readiness of the material to be presented and also prepare my self so as not to be nervous at that time teaching in larger groups Lessons I learned from another presentation are maybe we must prepare the material before start to teach so as not to be messy when present to another friend and also make atmosphere in the group became more alive and active

MICRO TEACHING CLASS

Micro teaching is a procedure in which a student teacher practices teaching with a reduce number of pupils in a reduced period of time with emphasis on a narrow and specific teaching skill.

In micro teaching class, i have more expectation. I think I'm still lacking in terms of teaching. I hope that by following this class can improve the experience in teaching, not only that I also wanted to know how to make the classroom atmosphere becomes comfortable and happy and also how to make students become active.

then, my suggestion for this class is can cooperate with each other and also can enjoying this class.
